Qigong classes at Many Paths Clinic in Port Orchard

There are at least hundreds of styles and schools of qigong. "Qigong" is usually translated as "energy cultivation" or "energy work".

I am teaching a blend of styles, the main influences are my Taiqi teacher from Columbia College; Hubert H. Lui and his version of "The Eight Beauties", Effie Poy Yew Chow, Ph.D. and her "Chow Qigong", DoAnn T. Kaneko, Ph.D. and his "Doin and Kiiko" (Japanese style Qigong).
